• Orders are processed once full payment is received.

• All prices are listed in EURO (€) and include VAT.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or supply issues.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• We currently only ship within Europe.
• Available products ship within 1 business day. Custom designs have a 14-day production & shipping timeframe.
• Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

4. Returns & Refunds

Our return policy is detailed in our Return Policy. In summary:

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Custom designs cannot be returned.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned item.

5. Warranty & Repairs

6. Intellectual Property

• All images, designs, and content on our website are owned by Lit Framez or used with permission.
• You may not copy, distribute, or modify any of our content without permission.

• Products are decorative items; improper installation, modification, or misuse may result in hazards for which we are not responsible.
