The prints are designed for easy wall mounting using two nails or screws with wall plugs (not included). A power outlet must be within 4 meters of the print.

Use a soft, dry microfiber cloth to wipe the surface. Avoid using water or chemical cleaners to protect the LED components.

We offer a 2-year warranty on all electronic components in case of malfunction.

Return Policy:

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery if the product is unused and in its original packaging.
• If the product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos for a replacement or refund.
• Custom-made prints are non-refundable unless defective.
• Shipping costs for returns are the buyer’s responsibility, except in cases of defective products.
